Turkish citizenship by purchasing a property requires several important conditions, otherwise, the transaction process will not be accepted: :

• • Purchasing real estate with a value of no less than two hundred and fifty thousand dollars, provided a pledge to the Tabu Directorate not to sell this property for a period of three years, starting from the date of the pledge.
• • Buying the property from a Turkish person and the absence of a foreign owner among the previous owners
• • Not to buy property from ascendants, descendants, brothers or sisters
• • It is not permissible to resell the real estate through which the citizenship was obtained to the previous owner, even after the expiry of the three-year period.
• • Pay the price of the property by bank transfer from the buyer’s or his agent’s account to the seller’s account.
• • The application for Turkish citizenship is made through several steps, starting from the moment of purchasing the property until submitting the application, along with all official documents.

Documents Required For Turkish Citizenship By Buying A Property::

1. A valid passport translated and certified by Noter.
2. Passport copies of each family member of the investor, translated and certified.
3. 4 personal photos.
4. Birth certificate for each family member.
5. Investor residence permit.
6. (Marriage contract, birth certificate for children) translated and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a Turkish embassy in the investor’s country.
7. Application tax payment receipt.
8. The real estate appraisal report proves the value of the property is above 250 thousand dollars.
9. Bank receipt of payment, minimum $250,000 USD
10. Earthquake Insurance (DASC)
11. A copy of the title deed or purchase contract certified by the Noter.
